Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Focusrio website, Focusrio Cloud dashboard and the Focusrio desktop application. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. Service
Focusrio provides employee computer-activity monitoring for businesses: work time, application and website usage, screenshots, USB control, website blocking and reports.
2. Lawful and transparent use
- You may install the desktop application only on computers that your organisation owns or is authorised to manage.
- You must inform the people using monitored computers that monitoring is in place and obtain any consent required by the laws that apply to you.
- You must not use Focusrio to monitor personal devices of others without permission, to track people covertly for non-business purposes, or for any unlawful activity.
We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed per PC as shown on the pricing page. Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date and grace period, desktop monitoring for that account may be paused until payment is received.
5. Refunds
If the service does not work as described, contact support within 7 days of payment and we will help resolve the issue or issue a refund for the unused period.
6. Data
You own the data collected from your PCs. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard.
